Week 2 Listening Exercise

I chose the company Orange Theory Fitness. Orange Theory's value proposition is different because they offer multiple classes throughout the day to accommodate everyone's schedule, and every class is in a group setting with a trainer. The classes are 60 minutes long and you are pushed harder than if you were to workout by yourself at the gym, every day the workout changes so that you never get bored and you will see changes in your body quicker. Every review on the Orange Theory Fitness page is nothing but positive comments some examples people are saying is "This place is the whole package and well worth it!" or things like "After exercising at another gym for 15 years, after finding Orange Theory Fitness I feel like my needs have finally been met!" also things like "Love that you're constantly challenging yourself to do more than you've ever done before." I definitely agree with all the reviews online because it's the best gym and workout I've ever been apart of. Their main goal is to sell different types of package deals to customers depending on how much the customer wants to workout every month. Their marketing issue isn't getting people to stick around once they've signed up and have been taking the classes but rather getting people into the studio to try out a class. If I were a brand manager I would definitely look at the reviews online and try to respond to as many as I   could. The other problem I personally think they need to fix is their prices, it's very expensive and not very affordable for everyone, I definitely pick up extra shifts so that I"m able to pay for it. So if I was the brand manager I would try to reduce prices, especially for students.
